The Azure Cutout Waterfall-Ruffle Halter Dress is designed to be worn in motion — a cornflower blue halter dress where a gathered V-neckline and thin halter straps give way to dramatic open cutouts on both sides, completely exposing the waist and creating a striking negative space between the fitted bodice and the high-waist skirt below. From the hip to the floor, the entire skirt is covered in multiple layers of large, irregular cascading ruffle panels that overlap and flow in a waterfall effect with every step. The back features a smocked elasticated band at the upper back and an open back, with the halter straps tying at the nape of the neck. A dress that photographs as beautifully as it moves.
